Here is a message received in reply to the issue of using aircraft frequency by the Florida Fish & Game Commission with deer decoys.

Mr. Scholefield,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We are currently using FUTABA T2ER (Ground use/surface model) with a frequency of 75.790 MHZ. I have taken the opportunity to copy our Regional Commanders in the State to verify that we are not using a model aircraft frequency of 72. MHZ.

This should put this issue to bed at least in the State of Florida.

Be sure to let the folks at the AMA know. Several were chasing around trying to resolve this issue for piraterc, including, but not limited to, Tony, Carl Maroney and Bob Underwood.
