Tail touches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
has the tail touching rule changed yet? i think its absolutely rediculous............ all of the rules agaisnt 3-d are! if you are the only one flying you should be able to fly like you want! the president and i got into it today, so i'm hoping someone can tell me it isnt enforced anymore.......

The simplest answer to your question is in your 2005 renewal kit. In fact, you might just read it aloud at the next club meeting to resolve this issue for everyone and keep him cornered as not knowing what he is responsible for, or not.

You can fly your model however you want. However, you can not expect the AMA insurance to be cover this activity. If your club has it's liability covered by AMA insurance, ditto. Fly as you want, but be responsible for your own actions.
