You're kidding me.... a one dollar check?!
ok so im under 19, and i was filling out my AMA application.
Since im under 19, my membership,. without their magazine, is 1 dollar.
do i really need to have my parents write out a check for one dollar, or can i just put a one dollar bill in the envelope?

They probably state on the web site or whatever literature you have what kind of payment they accept. I doubt if they deal in cash.
