IIRC, the restrictions are:

- The person on the master box must be a specially deignated "into pilot". (Additional fees apply for anyone holding an intro pilot designation)

Any AMA member can give one orientation flight per non AMA person.
The Introductory Pilot, designated by and for one specific Club, may at that club's facility instruct a non-AMA person for up to 30 consecutive days, provided the paperwork and records are properly kept. Contact AMA for the Intro pilot program.
