AMA app and birthdate
Do you put your birth date on you ama application under the open membership?In the old days, I probably would not have bat an eyelid at that kind of info, but ID theft is reality nowadays.
I was somewhat perturbed by birth date info on the application. It seems to have served no purpose unless you want the $10 discount for those 65 and over. Is that an required field for open membership?
