When is Muncie gonna get off their duff, and do something about the speed that the grass grows on our field?

How do you vote?

Surely you jest! [:-] As an AMA member, Open Class, and being from Norman OK, AMA District VIII, you received a ballot with 3 printed names. You take that portion, make a mark by Lawrence Harville, place a postage stamp on the opposite side in the marked position, and place said ballot in a box where the United States Post Office receives mail. Fairly simple and doesn't hurt much.

edit: spelling

A simple procedure for us

1. Live in D8
2. Get a ballot with choices
3. Select one of the coices, Mark it
4. Mail it

I have no idea what you No Choice districts do.

As I said, wonder what the Voter Turnout will be, and how long till folks gripe about Poor Voter Turnout. I'd like to see the turnout numbers broken by district, and see if having No Choice affects the number of folks that did vote there vs D8 with choices.

Hossfly, I voted by ballet already and I definitely did not vote for your man. Why do you have to be such a donkey’s rear when you try and answer someone question? I was asking how to vote on this poll not on how to fill out a baillot and mail it.. If you can’t answer a question as a civilized person just stay off the forum.

Hossfly, I voted by ballet already and I defiantly did not vote for your man.
"....defiantly did not..." Hey I guess you were against him, eh?

Why do you have to be such a donkey’s rear when you try and answer someone question? I was asking how to vote on this poll not on how to fill out a ballot and mail it.. If you can’t answer a question as a civilized person just stay off the forum.
The question was not so specified. The thread is about for whom one voted in the D-8 election. To vote in the poll is so very simple, I could not conceive anyone having to ask such a question. While the AMA vote is also very simple, I know of members that have problems spelling A-M-A and have no clue as to what organization it represents within the model aviation spectrum. Therefore I concluded that you were in jest, so I used the chance to plug my choice.

Now if you simply ask a question that states your objective, then maybe your reply will be more satisfying. For example: For whom will you /did you / you consider to vote for in this D-VIII election? How does one vote in this poll? Don't expect your reader to be able to read your mind?

As far as "....staying off the forum.": I suppose that will be for the administrators to decide when my annual dues are no longer worth my presence. "Defiantly" not your decision to make.[>:]

Thanks Hoss for posting the election results (other thread). As of now, the poll in this forum shows:
Jim Rice - 55% (19 votes)
Lawrence Harville - 20% (7 votes)
Guy Barber - 14% (5 votes)
Other - 8% (3 votes)

This poll seems to compare well with the following actual results:
Jim Rice - 59% (832 votes)
Lawrence Harville - 23% (327 votes)
Guy Barber - 15% (218 votes)
Other - 0% (11 votes)

Considering how predictive the poll was, do you think we should get together and play the stock market?
