EloyM, do you mean the picture itself or that some just have no clue about how to place the US Stars and Bars on a scale-like model? Sad! [:-]

First up to bat, Hossfly also spotted the upside down AF insignia. As he says: "Sad!" I find it doubly sad in that whoever picked the picture at MA obviously doesn't know enough to not use it.

It's official. You two guys have WAY too much time on your hands.

I BUILD my airplanes, no ARFS, no foam toys. Now on the workbench is a "Piranha" seaplane (Flying Models 1968) soon to be covered. I write magazine articles, do electronic consulting, some R/C repairs for my friends. I am team photographer for a local high school girls softball team, which leads to other photo gigs for some of them, occasionally other school events, including yearbook photos. I have two grandaughters (12 and 17) that I drive to school, the library, the mall of course. I taught the 17'er to drive - she aced her test, and am now teaching a neighbor lady to drive. I am up past midnight every night, up with the chickens.
I do waste 15 or 20 minutes on the first part of the Ten O'Clock News - guess I should try to shorten that and find some other ways to use up all the time on my hands. Eloy

Lighten up Toolman
I kinda enjoyed the Whats Wrong with the tach & the 4stroke. Lots of fun posts about the 3handed man & Nailbiter. Who knows what jokes could have brightened up this otherwise hateful nitpickin forum if Hoss hadnt ruined it with his knowlege. Perefctly good joke thread blown out of the water by knowlege & attention to detail. [8D]

Hoss, next time try dropping hints to let others take some guesses too.

Maybe Mark did that to fool you by drawing your notice away from its being a scale like Navy aircraft.
