moving to new District

Which district will I be able to vote in if I move in August? The one I came from or the 'new' one?

Does just a change of address make you officially 'in' the new district?

However do the Chicago -- Houston thing: Vote early -- Vote often. If you leave they will place your name in the proper place and vote for you!!

I voted in the district I was registered in at the time the voting card came. At the time it was Georgia
