how do you get AMA application if you dont have pdf.
 

Hey everyone! Im Roger and I am new to the hobby. I have just started to collect my equipment for the day of up, up, and away!! I understand that I must be a member of the AMA before I can fly at the local field. My problem is this, where do I get information as well as an application. The AMA web site has an application but I dont have pdf on my system nor do I know any one who does. So how do I get what I need without this. Sorry for the silly question, but if you dont have it, you cant get it. Thanks Roger:D

You can download a reader of the Adobe Acrobat (that uses pdf files) from

Other choices:

Go to local Hobby Shop and buy a Model Aviation magazine. It contains the application. Or perhaps you could copy one from a friend. The November, '04 issue contains a 2005 application.

Call AMA and have one mailed to you, or get all the other options. 1-800-435-9262

Local hobby shops here dont carry AMA mag. Just call them its alot easier
