Can a turbine powered plane be flown with out brakes if there is skis on the plane?

The AMA rules don't actually require brakes on turbine powered models - instead they require some way of bringing the aircraft to a controlled stop (you can look up the exact wording if you like).

The wording was apparently specifically chosen to allow for methods other than brakes to be used - such as reverse thrust. So, if you can come up with a suitable alternative way to satisfy the safety code, you're fine.
