AMT Titan disassembly
best regards to everyone on the forum!
Couple months ago i bought a second hand Titan on the internet, it has some issues with fuel not burning corectly and i have problems speeding up to more than 70k rpm (off waranty with some heavy usage,i would say). I would like to put my own designed burner can, but have a problem with disassembly. I managed to remove turbine and compressor nut, but could not remove turbine rotor completely, and i would wish to do complete disassembly so i could balance the rotor, put new bearings in it and put it into the air. Does anybody here know the way to remove turbine rotor or a compressor, and take full access to the bearings. Picture or schematic would be very useful! |
RE: AMT Titan disassembly
How did you get on with dismantling your titan. Just curious to see how easy it was or not...
