Wingspam

I have everything I need to complete my new plane except the motor. In the past any 40 size plane, would get a 55AX but I am not sure about putting it in this plane. This is the Great Planes Cessna it has a 65" wingspan and a flying weight of around 6 or so pounds. They suggest a 2 stroke 40 to 51 or a 4 stroke 52.

If it where your plane what motor would you use? Open to all ideas.

Go for the .52 4-stroke - if you want more power, get an O.S. .70 4-stroke.

I bet the OS 55ax would pull that around just fine.Its not like your going to be standing it on its prop and 3Ding it . And your on the high end of what the Manufacture recommends.

I would go for the 52 4 stroke. It will sound good and fly good.
