Hey, I was wondering if this is a good plane to get, this is just an ad i would not actually buy it off ebay. But the only thing that turns me off is the FM 27mhz transmitter is it bad? i live in VT in a 6 acre field with no other rc things anywhere! is there any other suggestions? i have $110 with shipping to spend and it has to be RTF with battery and charger and everything! Heres the link,

Hello Jeff Here,
Just wondering have you flown RC before? The Corsair is not the easiest plane to fly.
You shouldn't have to worry about flying on your 6 acres with most any radio. Just so there no high voltage power lines overhead.
But, if you haven't flown RC aircraft before I would look for something down the lines of a trainer type. And/Or a flight simulator. The reset button on a simulator is much cheaper than a plane. Jeff

That ebay model is obsolete as it has 27Mhz Radio, NIMH battery for motor power source and a Brushed Motor. Go for something on 2.4Ghz with a brushless motor and LI-PO Battery. Brushless motors last alot longer and LI-PO batteries have taken over from NIMH as Motor power source.

RE: F4U Coursair
would something like this be better
http://www.nitroplanes.com/dyfoep4004ch.html
OR
http://www.nitroplanes.com/93a260-80...n-rtf-24g.html
Or-keep in mind that i only have $110 to spend with shipping and would like somthing fun (4ch) and really really durable. also i have a gopro that would be nice to put on a plane, so a big glider like the bixler would be perfect, but it's more then $110 with shipping.

Yes, but remember that warbirds and low wing aircraft in general are more difficult to fly than high wing trainers and not recommended for beginners. Also the smaller the plane the more twitchy and unstable it will be. Maybe you could save a little more money and go for something like this:
