Default .70 4-stroke won't suck fuel??

I just put this .70 4-stroke in my GP Cub and it won't suck fuel, I have sucked fuel through the fuel line and it flows free.

also, is it normal for this 4-stroke to have less compression then my 2-stroke.40?

any suggestions?

Is your needle valve closed all the way keeping it from sucking ?? Try closing it all the way then open it about 1 1/2 -2 turns. And yes the 4 strokes will feel like less compression. ENJOY !!! RED

I got it going, the "factory pre-set" low valve was supposed to be screwed out 4 turns and it was actually turned in all the way. Thanks for the help red.
