Guys, I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on buying a Hanger 9 Beaver ARF (30cc size). I'd like to install a Saito 1.80 four stroke engine. Do you know of any reason why that engine couldn't be installed? The Hanger 9 folks don't address using glow power. (Only gas or electric). Thanks for your help, Patrick

go gas brother..VVRC 40 cc twin..Fit in cowl, and runs perfect...I'm with ya,, the sait is a good engine..but with fuel the way it is "Cost".. you could do better....bevaers are loud anyway!!...

The Saito 1.80 should work well in your model.

I still power a few models with large 4 stroke glow engines, mostly in scale air frames. The added realism makes a big difference to me.
