Default Fixing Hangar 9 33% CAP rudder warp???

I have a new-to-me H9 cap 33%. I love it. I have been noticing that when I harrier it around, I need to put in quite a lot of rudder to keep it straight. When I landed it, I noticed that there is a lot of twist in the rudder. If I line up the leading edge with the fin, there is about 1" of warp to the right at the bottom aft corner.

My question - can I take the warp out of it? If so, how?

Peter
