    Seagull Laser 200 CG

Recently purchased plane and soon ready to balance. Instructions state 1 1/2" behind leading edge at wing tips. This places CG approx 3" in front of aluminum wing support tube. Has anyone built and flew one and if so where should the CG be? This concern is prompted by some of the posts in this forum. I'm not the best pilot and would like a fighting chance for success on the first flight. Any help would be appreciate

    RE: Seagull Laser 200 CG

Bob - Sent an Email and rcd a prompt reply that CG was correct. However, chose to move it back 1/2" but haven't flown yet. Got involved in some honey dos or else. Hopefully, will get out next week and see if I can bring it home in one piece. Have a Saito 120 in it and according to an old kitchen scale I have, weighs in at 11 1/4 pounds.

Good luck with yours and let us know how it goes. Will do the same
