    RANDY
If i move the elev. servo's to the back on the JBB will it get it into the rudder cables?
I think i'm going to do that and get rid of that lead.

Let me know what i PM ed you about as i will need a spare if i'm going to huck down low like you.

keith, make sure you move the elevator servos forward enough so the fus is wide enough that the servos won't hit each other and if i remember right the rudder pull pull cablles are low in the fus so just keep the servos high enough to clear them.

i PMed you with a answer to your other question.

    Bubba,
    what is that thing???

    Keith,
I believe I put my elevator servos in the center of the red stripe on the rear of the fuse. The closer ends of the servos allmost touched. (due to the taper of the fuse.) But.... I also had my rudder servo back there, so I wasn't worried about the cables. I did all of that to balance out a 3W 28i gas engine, then also put a G-26 Zenoah on there. You must be planning to hang a HEAVY mill on there. What gives????

right now there is no spoiler arf and jerry is not selling the plans( at least thats what jerry is telling everone that live around here). rumer is that some one is going to arf the spoiler but i don't know for sure when or if. i hope they do and soon , it is a fun to fly plane and is a step up from the big boy and we know how good the big boy is.

    Hi Guys,

We are working on an ARF version of the Spoiler as we speak. The company that is producing the prototype can be a bit slow, but their work is fantastic, so we are working hard to make sure that the end product is a top notch model. Once we get a prototype in we will be working with Mr. Jerry Smith to refine the model and get it ready for the first production run. I will post an ETA on the East R/C site, once we have one set in stone. Tentatively, their will be two finishes. One being the traditional "Jerry's Splat" scheme and the other is TBA.

    Thanks guys,

Hi Chris, That is great news. I have been flying a Jerrys Big Boy about a year now and if the Spoiler flys better, then I will have to own one.My B.B. has a G23 gas engine in it and flys just as good as when I had a OS91 in it. I moved the ele. servos and rudder servo to the tail section. I posted pics. of it on here some time back. I took it to a fun fly in aug. and let a new flyer solo on it on low rates. He was flying a park flyer and could not land it without flipping it over. I had him on a buddy box and talked him down to a good landing. He was impressed with how slow the B.B. would land. Tim G. you ask me what the heck that mid wing was, but if memory serves me right you were the one hovering it at the time of the pic. Hey guys I do have a 9ft fly rod that we were using at the field Sunday so we could get a pic of one of the planes hovering down low, not to give away any clues R.R.

    GIMBLE BENDER

When i built the JBB i put the YS 120 on the nose and i have about 3 oz on the tail. so i was thinking about moving the servo's and get rid of the lead.

Sorry Josh, that is David's new plane. The fuslage is close to a spoiler but the wing is a thinner cord rib and the elevators have counterbalancers. It does fly good knife edge flight with no mixing at all and it will harrier alot better, most spoilers don't harrier. I wish that you could have come to Benton Sunday we had a pretty good time. I know that I am on RR big list now after the pic.
