NEW H-9 P-47 ARF 60size
Just checking out H-9's web sight and now they show a new P-47 60 size ARF. Last week a P-51 "trainer" and now a P-47. Sort of makes you wonder what's next.

Yup, my info was correct... the owner of my LHS told me about a month ago that he had been told a P-47 was Hangar 9's next ARF warbird offering. Now they need to do a Spit, Hurricane, ME-109, FW-190, or Zero for their next offering. The Mustangs, Corsairs, and now the P-47 need something to chase around the pattern!

The P-47 really looks beautiful!!!!
Why is it when you think you have a buying "plan" that something always comes along to screw it up

Geez, why couldn't it be in something other than silver! Or better yet, a the razorback version!!
In the bubble top version, the two colour (grey and OD) camo pattern would have been cool.
Well, enough whining I guess...time to think about getting this one anyway.

WHen I first got back into the sport just a few short months ago, I was amazed that almost everything we see now has the servo's mounted externally. Now I am sort of used to it, but it almost makes ya wonder what we did in the old days.

The P-47 looks good enough, I'd like one
And hell yeah, I second the Me-109!
One thing I don't really like about the P-47 (or the P-51) is that the servo is sticking out in the back. Keep it clean!
Anyone tried a modification on their H-9 planes??

Hey guys, maybe we can start a seperate thread about the 109, and talk about getting together a group email with a bunch of names and emails or something of the sort. Just a thought.

Yup, and if it's like all the other H-9's, count on re-inforcing the firewall and landing gear mounting area. Remember guys, that's our job to do not H-9's. Some day they'll make an F-6F Hellcat ARF.................someday.MM
