DRagon Lady ARC
Just acquired a Dragon Lady ARC.. would like to know if anyone has put a Saito 150 four stroke or similar on a Dragon Lady..
Looks like it would handle it.. 30oz in the nose..
If anyone has pics etc I would appreciate it...
Plan on constructing it to take floats.. a lot of water here in Panama....

Mettler1, thanks for the fotos... nicely done... the kit was without the cowl.. so bought a ARF cowl , yellow and white.. plan on re-painting it when I decide on color and design...
Had a friend that has a gas engine on his with floats ... really looks great..

If anyone is looking for a Cowling for the Modeltech Dragon Lady, I have listed one here at RCU along with a few other parts that are collecting dust in my hanger. They are all NIB and bargin priced. They can be seen at the following address here in RCU airplane/accessories. Hope someone gives them a new home.

NapaFloyd,
I have the Modeltech Dragon Lady ARF with a Saito 125 and it has more than enough power for the plane. It's one of my favorite lay back, lazy day fliers..

I have an DragonLady arf that is getting an SK 80 now but I am going to use a converted 20cc weedeater engine on it in the future. The weedie is well into the 40oz area. The SK 80 and the 20cc gas engine are fairly close in power and use the same prop.
My DragonLady has the holes in the rear of the fuselage to mount the rudder and elevator servos in to offset the weight of heavier engines.
