Default ESM KATANA 40 BALANCING WHAT A JOKE

Hi guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced balancing issues on this plane. Instead of a 46 I have installed a 91....and I still had to add 200 Grams in the cowl. Imagine how much dead weight needs to be added if you chuck in a 46??
Did anyone do anything different blanace theirs. Please let me know, cause the first flight turned out tail heavy as hell and I nearly lost it, but landed safely. I have ba;anced the plane at the recommended 10cm's or 99.9mm. Someone help....
Oh and if someone has any videos of this plane or pics, share the love!!

i know this thread is a little old, but i currently have one set up with a millenium mutunuc 61, and balance is perfect, yes i tried a 46ax first and this ended up WAYYYY too tail heavy but this new motor is ok, this model is excellent in strong winds, as i point it into the wind, 1 click above idle, and just glide it all day long, i can get easily half an hour or more out of one tank if i wish just gliding it around, easy harrier landings too, this thing flys so dam light!, you'd think it was a glider. but when you open up that throttle, it is an extreme 3d machine.
