THE NEW PITTS "ANACONDA"
72" wingspan, 69" fuse and powered by an Evolution 58. Weighing in at 18.5 lbs. It's one hell of a bipe! Centerline of the runway take-offs, and lands like a trainer!! Really Sweet!!

RE: THE NEW PITTS "ANACONDA"
OK Guys, I'll let the cat out of the bag.. This was the 72" Pitts selling on Ebay over a year ago.($150) Manufacturer unknown. It came with no instructions and very little hardware. Cowl, canopy, wheel pants, gear and covering were all junk, but the constuction was near perfect and very light. I had recently crashed a 50cc BME Yak and kept the parts that survived. With the Yak parts and the "creature" in the attic, I decided to get creative and it paid off.
What you see is the Yak cowl and tail feathers, The stab is bolt on with carbon fiber tube as opposed to slide through and glue, which was the original setup. I purchased the Great Planes 160 Ultimate canopy, and had the carbon fiber gear laying around the shop. A couple of cans of paint, 6 rolls of ultracote and bunch of solitary confinement beefing things up got it done. Did I mention how great it flys!!
Below is the before, and again, the end result.
