This plane has been spectacular. Flew perfectly from the beginning. Built as in the instruction book with an OS 120 FS. It might be a little more fun with a biger engine but the 120 is actually plenty.

Here are two of my favorites. The first one is a Cermark F-16 with a Jett 90 lx. It has over 300 flights on it. The second on is a Yellow Aircraft F-18 it is powered with a Ram 500 14 lb. turbine

When you click reply.. on the bottom of the section where you're typing you should see "Click here to upload images and files!" ... right under the typing section of the screen A new window will pop up where you can select the images off of your HD that you want to share You need to click Post Reply or reply on someone's post to see it though.. .don't use the fast reply on the bottom of the screen.

They do make an ARF model of the Evektor model 97 (EV-97). Looks just like the Sportstar. And I just happen to have a .40 one NIB for sale (see the classifieds here) Here's a pic of one I built and e-powered (and it's 'real' prototype)...really LOVED this ARF, was one of my all-time favorite flyers.

I figure the Sportstar must be an ARF cause I certainly didn't build it!!!!!
Then again, maybe it's "Plug & Play" -
That's plug me in & let the fun begin!!!!!!!
By the way, the EV-97 is a predessor of the Sportstar.
So if you reckon the Sportstar does not count how about these -

I dig the KMP ME 109. I fly it as an electric conversion with a AXI 5330 outrunner. Swings a 18/12 prop and uses Sierra Giant Scale retracts. With some extra detail work like an opening canopy and cockpit, a little work on the wheel well area this turns out to be a ok ARF. Hey I don't have the time to build something like this from scratch. I don't have a problem flying a ARF.

That Super Stearman is one heck of a beauty. Very nice presence!
The H9 C-182 1.20 must definitely be a blast to fly. Seen one with fly with
a .91 2s and one with a 1.20 4s twin and both flew very nice and scale and since they are stable at slow speeds,
they make beautiful slow speed passes.
