RE: ~POST YOUR MOST LOVED ARF BEAUTY~
Despite having some quality issues (nothing too major) and a couple of accidents which resulted in its early retirement my favorite ARF so far was probably the Thunder Tiger 66 inch span Sea Fury. I originally flew it stock out of the box but a dead stick gone wrong at the hands of a buddy of mine required a rebuild of both outer wing panels. During the repairs I glassed and painted the airplane in the color scheme below. From a flying stand point this was probably the best warbird I've flown for aerobatics having very little roll coupling which made slow and point rolls a thing of beauty. I also think TT did a good job of capturing the overall look of the Sea Fury. Great airplane and I would not hesitate to own another one.

tevans55, NICE plane. Have you seen Model Airplane News's Feb 2013 issue? Flip to page 34. There is a good article about detailing planes. The example used is a Corsair.

Thanks for the heads up. I want to continue practicing weathering with my air brush. Last year I did some on the ESM B-25 but I want to continue to learn new stuff and appreciate reading up on articles about weathering. Thanks again.

A Gee Bee lover too eh.
They are something different at the field and do get a lot of attention. Everybody thinks you are a talented pilot due to the false reputation so common of the Gee Bee's, if they only knew eh.
I recently acquired a Canon Rebel so hopefully with some practice and learning I will have more better photos.
Thanks for the compliment on My choice of Airplanes.
This little40 sizeModel D Coverite kit from way back in the early 80's is where it all started
