I think the Cox T-28 Trojon has been discontinued for some time now. There was one in the classified ads for sale. Take a look at this one.

I e-mailed Mr. scale Dave Platt thinking I would't get a response. He contacted me back in less than 8 hours. I've been trying to get a hold of plans for a plane a T28-b that I purchased. It's pre pica made by Platt. Dates back to 1970-72. He said to contact cox but I get nothing web says keep checking back. In this fourm I saw a couple of newer t28`s. Mine has 65" wing span.

Try RCM as that plane was designed back in the early 70's if I remember correctly. If they can't help you send me a pm

I would like to thank you for the lead. rcm was very helpful. rcm published plans in 1966. rcm explained to me that original drawing could a ltiile different from boxed production plans. So far this is the best chance of getting what i'm looking for. Thanks again.

Just started one of these kits. I hope they still make the retracts!

You didn't get retracts with the ARF? I wonder if FMS or the new HH T-28's will fit.

The arf doesn't come with any retracts. Sierra and Robart makes gear for it.

After all this time just getting to this again. I called Robart and they found a old box of the gear kit for the Pica T28. They are pretty nice and stout. Had to redo the flap tabs as they just broke when used!
Anybody still flying one of these anymore?

I just bought a pica t-28. It's huge!!!! Wing span 80" fuselage about 62". It was built and glassed but never flown. It has a old set of retracts on it that are not scale so I'm going to need new retracts, cockpit kit, and a new canopy. Any idea where I can get these? I also have to redo the engine bay and reinforce the firewall to mount a da 60 on it. Oh and what about gear doors? I need those also. Thanks
