I emailed Sandy last night and got an reply this morning... customer service is picking up.

Wow, I got a reply and they are sending the items I needed. I'm sorry guys, but in my books their customer service at the momment is a-ok.

Yea this is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered and PAID replacement parts april 18 2007, ITS MAY 28 2007.
Not 1 phone call was returned not one email was responded to. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP..... Im done with them.
I know Daves probably at airshows around this time of year ,but Cmon somone needs to answer phone calls and respond to customers!
its a pure shame, great product, piss poor everything else.
