P-51 ARF : Trying to identify ?
Hello,
I recently won a P-51 ARF at a raffle and am trying to determine who distributed it. There was no manufacturer listed on the box or on the instructions. Attached is the front cover of the instructions. Quality seems decent - It came with retracts and is set-up for flaps. Look familiar to anyone ??
Also, I'm trying to decide between three OS glow engines. I'll be sticking with OS. either .61FX, .75AX, or .91FX. At 8 lbs I figured I'd want something a touch bigger than the .61FX (we fly at 5k ft MSL). I began looking at the .75AX and then the .91FX. Turns out the .91 is lighter than the .75 by roughly 2oz (w/muffler). At this point i cant see much downside to the .91 on this plane especially since the .91FX is only 1.2 oz heavier than the .61FX (w/mufflers).
Comments ?

It looks like an older Fly-Models or Evergreen ARF from the way the manual is laid out.

Probably because the ARF isn't even built...
Someone sticks them together with tape it seems, just for the pictures.
Often they have no engines nor electronics.
