Wing droops on GP Gee Bee?!
Has anyone tried to add the hangar 9 p-51 pts clear wing droops to the GP Geebee. This should add more surface area and help with landings a little more correct. With a saito 1.25 my GP geebee should not come out no more than 10.5 lbs which is great. Let me know what you all think about this.

RE: Wing droops on GP Gee Bee?!
Hi!
It will naturally work on the GEE BEE as well as it works on any airplane! The question is: -Do you want to add those ugly things on such a beautiful airplane (its like cheeting)???
Best way to have the GEE BEE R-2 fly (land ) good is to build it light and use the lightest possible equipement on board.

RE: Wing droops on GP Gee Bee?!
I am only trying to use it on the first 5-10 flights so that I can get the hang of the landings again. I had a Gee bee before and I only got 4 flights. It was my fault that it crashed on the fourth flight because I put a saito 100 on it and the plane barley got off the ground, tip stalled and went nose first in the ground.
