Default New guy looking for company recomendations

Hey guys I'm new to the plane world but have been boating for several years, and was looking for some recomendations. I'm looking for an arf large corsair something in the 70-80" wing span that I gan run a gas 2-stroke zenoah type engine. I have benn running gas boats so it seems like a good fit.

PS I do have a trainer to learn on first.

Both Tower and Horizon have 60-size Corsairs that you can put the new Zenoah G-20 in

Oh. My. Gosh. I was about to CRY when I first read the post. In fact, I didn't even read this line until I reread through it. I read your first paragraph, and then the second post, and was shocked that MinnFlyer was not screaming about it. Now that I've gotten that cleared up, I'll actually give you my opinion. I'd recommend the Hangar9 Corsair 60 for an ARF. You might also look into 26cc planes. 26cc planes are in the 70"+ WS range, while 20cc planes are more like 60"-65". Just thought I'd let you know.

Thank you for the replies, and for not wanting to reccomend a war bird to a newbie. I am in the middle of a group project building a 1/3 Super Cub, and I shutter to think of building a large Corsair and covering it as a newbie. I'll check out that Hanger9, thanks for the info.
