The DLE 30 is a great choice . I switched to a 18x6 MA classic prop because the plane is a floater . Less pitch lets me use a little more engine for normal flying and lets the plane slow down better for landing.

It is a real floater on landing...I have an OS 1.60 2stroke in mine.
I changed out the rods that came with it and used pull-pull for the rudder and dual elev servos mounted in the tail..also sewed leather around the cockpits.

I also used an 18x6 prop...Master Airscrew Classic...and threw away the cheap Spinner and used a Higley Prop Nut instead..looks more nostalgic to me that way. I have ordered some Dubro 4.5 inch tires for it..not very keen on these wheel pants.
