Default Pics of 68 extra 300, need help finding CG ele conversion

Goldberg extra 300 90 size? 68 inch, kit?
Kind of a wack and slash, Was gonna put a g2300 in this bird, but decided to put some ele in instead 41/50 500 kv 1800watts, 100amp esc,5s/5000,14x10 prop.
seems the cg is around 5 1/2 from leading edge with the setup. 8 1/2 pounds finished.

Does any1 know the correct cg or good guess. Prop? think I,m gonna get 16x8
Huge thanks
cheers

I searched the forums and google and cannot find the cg. I called dad and he said try 1/3 of the wings width. the width is 16 inches so it looks like I,m real close (5.33).
Any1 heard of that before?
thanks
cheers

I always start at 30% MAC on models with unknown CG markings. Some people use 25% as a starting point.

I use this webpage as reference:

Blasfomey!!!!!!!!! Unholy. !!! Actually, pretty cool. But I think your buddies will catch on that the (OS 90) sticker is bogus sooner or later. On the CG thing. You're right on the mark !!! Let us know how it flies !! (With Pics)

Thanks for the info guys. Went to the local riders looking for a electric style 16x8 prop. Guy there laughed and said he had not seen anyone flying anything electric that big yet.
Is this the prop I need?
little confused on this whole electric vs gas prop thing. I know the other local shop has tons of nitro style props. Should I get a nitro style from him?

Kinda not liking how they refer to it as thin!
will try to get some vid from the winter fly in on the 23rd
thanks again
