Default Rotor Balancing

I've recently aquired a Autogyro G2 (my first gyrocopter) and I needed to buy new blades for it.
On spinning up for the first time I find the whole gyrocopter shakes. I've taken the blades off and weighed them and they weigh 24.1g, 24.2g and 24.6g. So I need to balance them but would like some advice on the best way of doing this.
As this will be my first time doing this all advice will be welcome.

Balancing the blades means that all the blades should be at the same weight and center of gravity.
the best way to do this is to purchase at least 6-9 blades weigh them, and assort them in groups of 3 which have almost the same weight.
In your case you have to add small weight to the lighter blades .(24.1g, 24.2g) in the center of gravity until they weigh 24.6g.
Also check that all 3 blades have the same weight.
