Futaba charger acting strange.
My Futaba tx/rx charger is acting strange. Sometimes the red light that's suppose to stay on duringthecharging processgoes away. One buddy of mine checked the charger with a voltmeter and the TX part only goes up to 8.0 volts. Is the charger going away soon???

I tried the old charger with a new Tx and it worked fine. A new charger was tested on the old Tx and itdid not workeither. I'm ruling out the charger. Could it be a bad battery pack on the Tx?
