Multiply the number by the "C" (c meaning pack capacity)

1000mAh battery @ 1C = 1.0 Amps
1500mAh battery @ 1C = 1.5 Amps
2000mAh battery @ 1C = 2.0 Amps

1000mAh battery @ 5C =5.0 Amps
1500mAh battery @ 5C =7.5 Amps
2000mAh battery @ 5C =10.0 Amps

Convert mAh toAmps (mAh x .001) = Amps

Multiply Capacity by C rating....................... A 2000mAH battery with a 20C rating can be safely discharged @ 2.0a x 20C = 40 Amps

Okay with your battery, you charge at 4000 x .001 to convert mAh into Amps, then multipy your Amps x C rating to get the maximum safe disharge in Amps. This means that you charge your battery at 4.0Amps(1C), and it can be safely discharged at 100Amps Max (25C)

Les
