Default imax b6ac lipo fast charge question

I just did a test today as follows:

I charged a fromeco lipo 2600 mah battery using imax b6ac charger using "lipo fast charge" mode, and it took 11 minutes to charge (it shut off automatically with a full charge message) - I used 1.0 AH.

Then, I changed setting to "lipo auto" charge settng and I was surprised that it continued charging the lipo as if it was not charged in the first place!!!

My question is: Does a "fast charge" mode charge as "full" as the lipo auto mode?

Thanks in advance!

I remember reading somewhere that fast charge mode does not fully charge the battery, but I thought that it went to 70-80%. It would take over 2 1/2 hours to charge a 2600mah at 1 amp,

"Fast / Charge" mode may not be a "Balance" charge....Also not sure about "Auto"....

Fast charge usually terminates at an earlier current then other charges. If the pack IR is very low there will be very little difference. If the pack IR is high then the difference can be a lot.
