Replacement Starter Battery Pack
A freinds battery pack in his Hobbico starter went bad and needs to order a replacement, Can the battery pack itself be bought and installed separately and not have to pay the full price for a new battery pack unit ?

Yes, if you open the case you will find a small gell cell in there.
It can probably be purchased locally at a good battery shop.
You may want to consider finding a 4SxP LiPo or LiOn to install instead.
