Default Duralite Lithium Magnesium charging

Do these require a special charger or something? I have a venom charger its set to 2 cell which the battery is at 7.4 volts. I also have the cell balancer plugged in, but the voltage is staying around 7.56volts and it has been charging awhile.
I dont think they require some duralite charger do they.

Duralite Manganese batteries have their own internal balancing circuit and you don't use an external balancer. They don't require a special charger.

They also recommend that you charge at no more than one amp...........
