I decided to upgrade my setup so I bought 8 new Hobby People 7.4v 2s 5000mah 35C lipo batteries ($59), charger Hitec X2 400 with dual 400watt charging ports ($190) and SkyRC eFuel 30amp 540watt power supply ($120). I can charge these new lipos at 15amps and be done charging in 30 mins per pack that beats the 1.5 hours per pack with my older chargers.

How about a PL-6 for doing them in 1 hr or so? They are $165 and you could use your new PS with it.
