Default post you charging set up

Ive seen this before and like the idea, which gives tips to people building charging boxes, where the charger and supply is stored and used. I'm half way through mine just figuring out where to put the fans and finish off where to put board. So some of your ideas could come in useful for others.
24V Supplies

Making a charging station has made charging a pleasure. Good idea for a thread. Here is what I have done.

The plex has a gap all the way around that lets airflow in and I didn't have to put any additional fans in. Even pumping out 45 amps, the supplies barely get warm.

I like the idea of that and looks clean too, maybe add my inlet power sockets to the box side and not on top of the supply top.
thank you one reply and picked up some good ideas.

This was a fun project for me. I used an external plug / switch that the main power cord plugs into.

Mine is quite similar to yours, PL6, 24v 47amp. I replaced the tray with pexi and have the plug, switch and fan mounted in the case.

well got round to fitting the fans. Both powered from the supply. Still need a little more work but this is the idea.
Input fan at near bottom on charger side.

Old PCI slot extract fan on power supply side.
