Default Attaching leads to a multiplex plug?

I got a couple multiplex plugs that have small pin-type leads that are flat/rectangular and about a 1/4 inch long. I want to solder a wire to each pin. Do they make a solder type connector to join a wire to this type of pin? Any tips/tricks?

Thanks!

Default RE: Attaching leads to a multiplex plug?

Why not cut the pin off and solder directly to the wire? Not sure if I've missed something. Is it a deans style plug?
