Default Parkzone 11.1 1800 mah Lipo battery

I have a Parkzone T-28 Trojan, it came with a Parkzone 11.1, 1800 mah lipo battery, the plane has only been flow 3 times. I charged the battery this morning with the Parkzone supplied battery charger, after the battery was all charged up, I checked it on my Hyperion EOS Sentry voltage tester, and it only charged to 84% capacity (12.7 volts total), I tried to charge it again, and the same thing, only 84% capacity (12.7 volts total)!!? What gives? Do I need to get a new battery already? I read some not so good reveiws on Parkzone batteries, if this battery is on it's way out I want to replace it, can anyone recommend a good brand of battery?
Thank You,
Paul

12.7v 3cell is over 4.2v/cell- I say it's fine....

12.7 is more like 110% and not 84% !
a full 3 cell battery is 12.6v and OCV (open circuit voltage) capacity meters are inherently inaccurate.
My dualsky 5s 5000mah and polyquest 5s 5000mah have different voltage on 2500mah charge.(about 0.2v difference)

Thanks alot for the info, I guess I won't be needing to replace the battery after all, but I still need an extra battery .
