Default Can I use this Cycler/Charger to DisCharge 30mAH LiPo Batteries?

I own this charger : http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXEYD4&P=ML I am not that interested in using it to charge up a 30mAh LiPo Battery because I own the DC Quick Chargers by parkzone. But I was using my Hobbico Accu-Cycle Elite Battery Cycler to discharge my 150 mAh and 70 mAh batteries down to half charge for storage. The reason why I prefer the Parkzone chargers is because they came with the batteries and they charge them at the correct rates. However, when I need to discharge to half the Accu-Cycle did it faster and I could keep an eye on the mAh coming out. I simply stop it when it reaches the half way point and then install another battery. But when I tried to set the charger to 3.7V one cell, 30 mAh I noticed that this charger doesn't go that low. Would it hurt my batteries to set it to 70 mAh and then just watch the mAh drain down to 15?

I don't understand how or why you mean me to use three 3 amp silicon diodes in series?
