Default What kind of battery for my boat...

Hello out there...

I own a over 30 year old german fisherboat named elke from the german company graupner.
Now i want to bring back live into it...
But i guess noone is using lead batterys anymore...
It was a 6 volt lead block with 0,9 ah.
And the motor is the original brushed one...
So and before i fry anything in there i hope someone can provie me an idea for a good substitute as battery...
And i guess todays battery are lighter..so i would need to add lead in the core...right?

Thx for your thoughts...
