Default Blade CP Pro

Hello all, I am a little new to this, but I have done a little research. I would like to get some advice or help for my blade cp pro. I bought it off someone and it ahs no battery charger, I was looking at the thunder power TP610-C, not sure if I need one that big, but would like to hear if anyone has any suggestions, Secondly, I was wondering if I could use a different battery that has more mAH than the stock 800, I understand that as you go up in mAH the battery gets heavier, so was wondering what my copter will handle weight wise, but get longer flight time. thanks any help would be greatly accepted.

Welcome to the hobby! I think you should get this charger as this charger does not require a main set of leads, so I would think it would be best for low MAH batteries, like the ones in your heli. You can get a bigger LiPO. It always isn't heavier, just most of the time. To solder on the new leads, cut off the shrink wrap on both the batteries, BUT NOT BOTH AT ONCE! Then, solder on the new connectors I will include below and shrinkwrap them to make sure they do not short.
