Balance charge life batt

2 out of 3 of my Life batteries never go to full balance charge.Is this a problem?

My ratio is better with three out of about twenty that time out on the balance cycle. I'm continuing to use them and will know if it's a problem further down the road.

Thanks, I'm using mine too. I emailed Hobbico electronic support 4 times with this question,but no response.
