Default HiTec X4 Plus

I just got a new HiTec X4 Plus and could use a little help as the instruction manual is a little vague. Could someone explain how to switch on/off and change the capacity cutoff on NiMh? I'm not picking up how to change the settings while the batteries are charging. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I think you would go into the User Set Program and press Enter
Press Decrease three times or so until you see Capacity Cut-Off
Press Start
Press Inc/Dec to turn on/off
