Default Lipo flying and charging

I got a VenomPro2, familiarizing myself with it. I will be using a MotionRC 2200 3S 35C pack in my Corsair. After I fully charge it, fly it, deplete it somewhat then put it back on the charger and install another newly and fully charged back up battery, is it acceptable practice to "top it off" so to speak with the Fast Charge mode? After the day at the field I'll do all the discharging and storage charging at home. After a few short flights I will check the battery and what should I be looking for as a "stop flying point" regarding voltage?
