Default Need Help Identifying This Meter

Can anyone tell me what this meter is for. It was new in a bag with no documentation.

I think it may be a digital volt meter or ammeter but not sure. The number on the digital read out is associated with volt meters on web but I can't figure out why it has 4 leads.

Thanks

Gary

It looks like the two red leads are connected together, as are the black leads (via a jumper)
If so the wires are to allow series use, likely for convenience.

Do you think it is a volt meter or amp meter?

Found out it is a combined volt amp meter from china sold by several venders.

Here is a youtube link to using one in a charger power supply.

Thanks for the help.
