Default lipo battery fire

Is there anyone here that can shed some lite on where I can get help, to protect myself, from a Ca Ins Co trying to sue me as a result, of the ever dreaded lipo fire

My first advice would be to talk to a lawyer, as well as the AMA if you are a member. If you have liability insurance, see if it covers such things. Beyond that, and not knowing further details, that's about all
I'd say.
