Help with HITEC Charger
I just bought a Hitec X2 multi charger and can't seem to get it to charge my Li-Ion 7.4v 1800mAh battery. I keep getting a cell error message.
Can anyone help me?

What specific cell error message?
Anyway, you have a 2 cell lipo. The lipo should have a balance connector and a power connector.
Generally, both must be connected.
If one cell is too low, you may get a cell error message from just about any decent charger.
If I had such an error, I'd check the Lipo with a DMM at both connectors, to see if there really is a problem, or that a connection problem might be the cause.
While a cheap HF pocket DMM is not known for high accuracy, it certainly has enough accuracy to compare cell to cell, and get a good idea of the battery charge state.
Have you read the manual?
